This B&B is located closer to down town Niagara on the Lake - short 15 minutes walk. Beautiful house, well decorated rooms, exceptionally clean and convenient B&B. Most of all the best thing about this B&B is the owner Nicky who has a Masters Degree in Hotel Management. So you will get the best service with tasty food well presented to start your monring.

Graystone is the best Bed and Breakfast we have stayed at over the eight years we have been coming to Niagara-on-the -Lake to see the Shaw Festival. Nicki is a gracious host, a fantastic cook, a great conversationalist, and a person dedicated to taking care of all your needs. The facilities are sporless, and they are all on the first floor, so steps are not a problem. We have already booked our return visit for mid Seotember 2013.

Nicky owns a lovely B&B. She is a very friendly, lovely hostess who runs a very clean, comfortable, well equipped B&B. Her breakfasts were delicious. Having visited Niagara-on- the- Lake previously we knew what a beautiful town it is. What a wonderful experience to be treated like royalty at the cleanest B&B we have ever stayed in. We are five retired professional women, friends for over 55 years, who have traveled throughout the world over the last 22 years. We have always had very high standards, however the gourmet breakfasts and the warm hospitality exceeded all our expectations. Five stars need a way to show they have been exceeded.

We wer greeted in person upon our arrival at 9:00 PM. We were shown to our room and given information that we needed for the morning. The proprietors could not have been more welcoming or helpful. My husband and I really liked statying there as it was intimate (3 guest rooms) yet the service was like a 4 star hotel...information was provided and all of our reservations were made for us. We need only share our preferences for breakfast and that is what was done. The B&B is a 15 minute walk to the center of town so you do not need a car to get around town. Theaters restaurants, parks and even the lake is walking distance. We highly recommmend Graystone B&B.

Terrific place, very quiet, clean with cheerful owner. The Cabernet King room is very large with direct patio access to the yard looking over an apple orchard. My friend and I were looking for a quiet weekend in a relaxing atmosphere. We got so much more when we arrived at Graystone B&B. Although January is decidedly the "off season" for this quaint area, my husband and I found it a marvelous "getaway" from our own winter dreariness. Ben and Nicky were exceptionally welcoming and could not have been more attentive to our needs. We were made to feel at home upon arrival and were bowled over by Nicky's "feast' the next morning. She provided us with a map, suggestions, assistance with a dinner reservation, delightful companionship and conversation. It is no surprise that their B&B has so many great reviews. It was also a great value and perfect jumping off point for celebrating the "Ic Wine Festival" in town, touring a local winery, indulging in gift shopping. Absolutely delightful in every way. In fact, we specifically plan our entire trip (which includes theater, winery tours, bicycling, and dinners) contingent upon being able to stay at Graystone.
