Our positive interaction with Susie began the moment we booked the Pearl Room in her B&B. She quickly replied to our inquiry and confirmed our reservation right away. On the day of our getaway, we had a personal issue to deal with back home and we almost didn't make the trip to Niagara Falls. But it all worked out and Susie was accommodating and understanding, even when we checked in after 7pm.
My first impression of her home was a great one; the grounds were well kept, completed with a beautiful and inviting front porch. Upon arriving to the front door, we were greeted by Susie. She is a lovely woman; kind, genuine, and welcoming. The house is beautiful, filled with character, clean, and efficiently laid out.
The Pearl Room was everything we needed. It was clean and inviting, especially the fireplace which kept me warm at night.
Breakfast was delicious. Susie continued to impress me by making me a delicious vegetarian omelette, as per request. My partner had overeasy eggs and bacon, which he enjoyed. Our breakfast came with a side of conversation with Susie, as we were fortunate enough to have her join us during our meal.
Overall, our visit to Ace of Hearts B&B was memorable and provided us with everything we needed. Thanks so much, Susie, for your kindness and for letting us stay in your home! Fleur and Mike

My boyfriend and I were dying to see the falls and fireworks at midnight on New Year's Eve. The hotels were charging $400 a night which was way too much so we booked our stay with Susie. She was easy to get a hold of both by phone and email. We had a fantastic trip because of her accomadations. Very clean room and bathroom, pretty fireplace in the room, and welcoming. She gave us great cookies and snacks and the breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to the casino and in a very quiet neighborhood that was a nice escape from the tourist Clifton hill street. Susie was a pleasure to have as company, great conversation and helpful.
Absolutely worth it!

Me, my fiance' and her parents have spent two nights here.
Susie is the sweetest, most caring host I have ever dealt with. She makes every effort to make you feel welcome and at home, and she prepares an awesome banana bread :)
The B&B is nice and cozy, the furnishing very personal and tells you something about the host herself. It's not just anonymous, hotel-style, cheap stuff.
The location is perfect. Walking distance from the attractions, but still far enough from those awfully crowded streets nearby the casino. You will really feel like you are in one of the most beautiful natural sites of the planet, not just a tourist-trap Las Vegas built on the falls. If I ever go back to the falls, I'll try to stay here again.
A memorable stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Suzie's home. The home had a really warm feeling with antique furniture, comfy bed, hot breakfast and most importantly, a caring host. Suzie took good care for us and entertained us with her stories. The home is walking distance to the falls and Clifton hill so the location is perfect. I would recommend Suzie's B&B anytime.

Me and my husband with another couple of friends stayed in the B&B in Oct 2011, everything was better than we expected.
The rooms were clean and very nice.
Suzi was great, we enjoyed talking with her and felt comfortable asking about her family and history.
The breakfast was amazing, I especially recommend her banana bread :)
we had lots of leftovers which she packed in a bag and gave us for lunch!
We will definitely stay there again.

A comfortable, friendly, relaxing way to visit the bustling tourist city of Niagara Falls, Ontario. Suzie was a great hostess, who sat out and chatted with us while we enjoyed her homemade breakfast on the porch. The room was small without becoming cramped. The shower was just way too narrow for a 6' 5" male, but the bed was VERY comfy! The house was within short walking distance of the park's "people mover" bus line. Such a nice way to celebrate our engagement.
Great for visiting the falls

I loved the place. The beds are comfortable, the rooms have a lot of space and it´s few minutes away walking from the falls. The breakfast is just like you ordered and at the time you wake up. I enjoyed sitting in the front porch just looking the trees and the garden around the house. Susie, the owner, was very kind and helpful telling me the hot spots of the falls.
Excellent place to stay.

I spent 3 nights at this B and B with my boyfriend and I enjoyed my stay. The hostess is really affable and funny. The location of the B and B made it worth the money. Philip Street (where the B and B is located) is right next to River road which is walking distance to the Maid of the Mist. The people mover bus also runs along that street so you can easily take the bus to get to the other attractions. Also in walking distance are many good restaurants.
For people going to all the attractions at the Niagara, consider buying the Adventure pass online or at the B and B because it is much cheaper (in time and money) than buying all the tickets individually. It also comes with coupons for other attractions. Because we bought the pass ahead of time and the fact that B and B was close, we were able to beat the crowds and go on all the attractions in two days in the busiest tourist month.
While we were at the B and B, we were also able to visit Niagara on the Lake and Toronto using public transportation. The bus and train station is only 30 mins walking distance from the B and B.
I would recommend this B and B to anyone. This was my first time at a B and B and I had a good experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and homey. I'm glad I picked a B and B over a hotel.

First time in Niagara and I stayed in Ace of Hearts. Its a great place. The room is clean and comfortable. Besides the excellent breakfast, the keeper, Susie is also a great person to get to know. I enjoyed our conversations over breakfast and also her helping out with the itinerary while in Niagara Falls by giving some good suggestions. So much so, I decided to extend my stay. The place also is quite comfortable and gives a feeling of coming back to home and not a hotel after a tiring day touring NF. The B&B is also very close to the Falls so walking is much of an issue.
