    Our cosy Green room is very popular, with it's whirlpool tub-for-two and fireplace, and separate private entrance to the side verandah.
    Welcome to Little Lake Inn! It's surprisingly spacious with it's high ceilings, wide doorways and easy access.
    The Blue Room - recently expanded and has all the features you need - gas fireplace, a whirlpool tub-for-two and a larger bathroom than all the other rooms.

    • Cancellations: RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY: Advance reservations will be guaranteed with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club. Little Lake Inn Bed and Breakfast is a small, unique, award winning property where every guest reservation is important to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to the reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice; shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation and the full amount will be charged to your account. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Winter storm conditions on the day of arrival will be taken into consideration.
