    The Verandahs B&B By The Lake (Your home away from home!) provides all of the amenities and services for a truly memorable stay. You’ll be steps away from Lake Simcoe; a 5 minute walk to the beach. Relax and curl up with a great novel on the verandahs, the new suntan deck or in one of the several guest areas of the house. Stroll the gardens & the grounds; Watching the bird show is a breathtaking experience, brought to you by Mother Nature, appearing annually at The Verandahs! Relax, from traveling or skiing, in our seven person arctic spa hot tub - a beautiful way to end a strenuous day of activities. The Verandahs B&B by the Lake has been newly designed to spoil each of our guests. Weddings, HoneyMoons, Anniversaries, Get-Away Escapes, Special Events and Friends Weekends are only a few of the occasions being planned here. The Verandahs Breakfasts are an experience in culinary excellence; Delicious, Full breakfasts with home baked pastries, prepared with each guest’s dietary considerations.     • Deposit amount required: 50% of Enite Stay due at Booking.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations may be made up to 10 days prior to reservation date. If cancelled by this time, (by email, fax or certified mail) a $25 administrative fee and a 3% credit card processing fee will be charged to your credit card. Cancellations made after the 10 day grace period, will be subject to the full amount of the accommodation , billed to your credit card.

    The Verandahs is a wonderful bed-and-breakfast experience. Only a few well kempt and stylish rooms for guests at this lovely venue made us feel like we were staying with family. Our exceptional hosts Marc and Brian were cordial and attentive. The B&B has a wonderful mix of fine furnishings, an interesting assortment of art and wonderful food that our hosts prepared and provided. We will definitely look forward to staying at Verandahs again.

    Brian & Marc outdid themselves. The Verandahs is by far the greatest B&B experience my husband & I have ever had. They are a new standard in B&B travel. We most definately will recommend The Verandahs to everyone and will return many times over.

    The Verandahs is an excellent choice in B&Bs. The new owners have redecorated and the rooms now have incredeibly comfortable premium mattresses. The food is outstanding, and the hosts, Brian and Marc are exceptional. WE highly highly recommend this one. Joan & Jerry, Cleveland, OH
