Welcome to Argyle Manor Bed and Breakfast located in the historic Walkerville area of Windsor, Ontario. We are sincerely excited to be your hosts, and are committed to making your stay with us as pleasant and rewarding as possible by providing you with the utmost in thoughtful service. In addition to exceptional accommodations, we offer a complete breakfast menu with everything made to your taste and desires. Our beautiful Georgian Manor was built in 1923 as a rectory of St. Anne's Church located at the corner of Richmond Street and Argyle Road. As such, it was constructed with the comfort and well-being of the priests in mind, and no detail was spared. We have attempted to preserve the original flavor of the rectory while updating the facilities with modern amenities. All rooms and suites contain their own private bathrooms. The Walkerville area is ideally located within easy reach of all that Windsor has to offer: •Restaurants, •Historic sites, •Airports •The beautiful water front on the Detroit River, •Shopping malls and more. We are within minutes of downtown Windsor with its Casino, Art Gallery, Odette Sculpture Garden, theatres, shopping, and fine restaurants. The tunnel entrance linking us to the United States is located in downtown Windsor and the Ambassador Bridge is only five minutes further away. We can expand on these and many other interesting aspects of Windsor and area. We hope to see you soon!

    A Fabulous Experience

    August 09, 2012

We just stayed 6 nights at the Argyle Manor B&B with owners Shirley & Jim Mullett. I had eye surgery at the Windsor Laser Eye Institute and wanted a quiet, clean location. Shirley recommended her Manor Suite, which has a separate living room and bedroom, so that my husband could stay up and watch TV while I slept. The B&B was impeccable and our suite was perfect. Shirley and Jim were so friendly and interesting that we felt like we were visiting old friends. Their breakfast was unbelievable! An amazingly large fruit plate, a muffin, and then an entire hot breakfast after that. Incredible! We will not hesitate to stay at Argyle Manor anytime we are in Windsor. --- Linda & Blair, Naples, FL

Host and Rooms beyond my wildest dreams, Costs that kept me on budget!

    June 11, 2012

Shirley and Jim were incredible hosts! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights (1st - Manor Suite, 2nd - Alcove Room). Each room was very clean, very unique, and very comfortable. There was a private washroom in each room and our own TV, so my husband was able to pick out a movie and unwind. Breakfast... oh my goodness... breakfast. Speechless! 14 types of fruits, coffee, juices, teas, amazing condiments, homemade muffins, eggs, potatoes, and toast all individually made just for you when you wake up and head downstairs. Our conversation over breakfast both with other guests and with our hosts was so much fun. Tea out on the back deck at night was just one more way that Argyle Manor felt like home. I have never been treated so well as a guest outside of my immediate family. We hope to be back very soon and we will definitely never stay anywhere else in Windsor except Argyle Manor. And I might add that my husband and I do not eat pork and Shirley was able to accommodate by buying turkey bacon and chicken breakfast sausages for us. Just amazing. Feels like home at an amazingly reasonable price. Can't wait for our next trip.

Dear Shirley and Jim, This is the first time We have ever left a review. Your slogan is more than appropriate!!! We have told our friends in London about your B&B as they do use Windsor as a transfer point. Wishing you all the success in your fine home. I hope Max has recovered from my stepping on his paws. We hope you are both well and your guests are plentiful. Sincerely yours, Linda and Keith
