    Gite Domaine D'Amour B&B was rated 5 apples by the PRTA. The bed and breakfast is a french country style house built on a 13 acre lot, 20 min. away from the nation capital Ottawa,3min. away from the highway 417, between Ottawa and Montreal. "Stepping back in time" "the charm of another era" "it's like being on an island" are comments that some guests has used. Every rooms and bedrooms are well decorated in the french style with lots of mouldings on the walls and ceilings and beautifully furnished. The large outdoor heated pool,hot tub for 6, the long pavilion that runs along the pool, the tennis court,the BBQ and outdoor eating areas,the nature walk trail around the little lake are all amenities that guests could used at leisure.

    Luce is a retired french teacher that loves the outdoor life, the flowers, the sports, and traveling. She is the cook and likes to pleased her guests with delicious breakfasts. Denis is the "Jack of all trails" on the estate. He is the gardener, the interior designer, the waiter, etc. He recently climb the Kilimandjaro with a group of climbers from Ottawa. They raised $738,000,00 to buy equipments for the Montfort Hospital. He is the Paquettes' hero
