    Recently renovated, the Turtle Inn Bed & Breakfast is located in the east end of Toronto , only minutes from a sandy beach of Lake Ontario. We have ideal access to public transportation that allows our guests to stay in a green and calm part of a big North American metropolitan city like Toronto but with full access to all its vibrant city life. Bike trails and a large outdoor swimming pool are only a part a vast variety of activities right in our back yard. The Turtle Inn Bed & Breakfast features individually furnished, comfortable modern style rooms. Each room is air conditioned, equipped with a bright desk, cable television, WiFi and Ethernet Internet, queen size bed, alarm clock and telephone.

    A room for all those traveling on a smaller budget. We believe traveling on a small budget does not mean doing without comfort and luxury. This smaller room is located in the su-terrain of our B&B. It has the same comfortable bed, shared bathroom and many amenities like our upper floor rooms. It just comes with a lower price.

    • Deposit amount required: First two nights up to 2 weeks or first week for stays 30 days and over.
There is a $15 charge for all 1-night stays.

    • Cancellations: You may cancel up to 15 full days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund of your deposit less a cancellation fee and any costs we may have incurred for long distance faxes and telephone calls. The cancellation fee is $2 per room for each day between the date the reservation is made and the date the reservation is canceled, with a minimum of $20 per room or 5% of the total reservation price, whichever is greater.
We regret that for cancellations made with less than 15 days notice the deposit is none refundable. There are no refunds or adjustments after arrival. 'No Shows' and early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.

    As the title states, I would stay with Chris again (Mark was out of town). Our stay was over New Years and was very enjoyable. This B&B was much more like staying over a friends house versus staying at a hotel.

    We staid at the Turtle Inn for three nights in September. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. Since Marc is also from Germany we were able to phone our family for free, which was really great for us. Everybody was friendly and welcoming. The house overall was really clean. We enjoyed staying there and we recommend it to everybody.

    there were no rooms available in city centre so we tried this one. highly recommendable! a much appreciated coincidence! even getting downtown by metro wasn't complicated.

    I just spent a couple of days at the TURTLE INN and I didn't actually want to leave because Marc and Chris are just great hosts. Other guests and I enjoyed nice chats with them by the pool in the evenings, the days' heat was washed away the second I jumped into the pool, the puppies are adorable, breakfast was far beyond expectations, my room was very clean, I wish I could stay even longer. And I know I will as soon as possible!

    We're perplexed as to what to make of this B&B. We read all the glowing reviews and so had fairly high expectations. Our 1st surprise was on arriving to find no one home and no identification sign that we were at the right place. Fortunately after several attempts a fellow guest let us in. Our next surprise was that all the rooms share a bathroom. There was nothing on the website that told us that. Shared bathrooms are not our thing. Marc would have allowed us to cancel our reservation and let us book elsewhere but unfortunately we had booked through BedandBreakfast.com so he couldn't do it. If we had made our reservation over the phone we would have found out about the shared bathroom and not booked. Marc and Chris were friendly and helpful and ready to supply what ever we asked for, however it is apparent that running a B&B is not their 1st priority. We stayed 2 nights and were again surprised to come back to our room after the 1st day and find nothing had been done, no towels, bed made, cleaned, etc. In many ways this could be a great B&B. Quite neighborhood, clean modern house, well furnished and decorated, comfortable rooms, and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Maybe we just hit a bad time.
