The Rundles Morris House, designed by the Canadian architectural firm Shim-Sutcliffe Architects, is available for rent. The house functions as a fully-serviced, deluxe two-bedroom suite. A spacious living room with a fireplace affords views of the Avon River and surrounding parkland. Throughout the property, one will find only the best in designer modernist furniture and lighting fixtures. Both the master and guest bedrooms feature queen-size beds with down comforters and pillows, top quality linens sourced from Ireland, bathroom amenities from Portugal, and so forth. Both bedrooms are private, and have bathrooms en suite. The house does not have an elevator, and therefore is not suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs. Seasonal, healthy breakfasts are served in-house, prepared by a private chef assigned to the property. (Reduced rental rates are available for guests not requiring breakfast services. Please inquire at time of booking.) Housekeeping is included, as well as mineral waters, Nespresso and quality loose-leaf teas, newspapers, wireless internet, and parking for two vehicles on site. The Rundles Lunch or Dinner Menu may be served in the house during restaurant hours. Picnic baskets are available for guests, with advance notice.
