The Quebec Lodge is located 60 miles east of Thunder Bay overlooking Lake Superior at the mouth of the Nipigon River. We have partnered with local businesses to help you with your vacation interests be it hiking, biking, kayaking, sailing or fishing. The 4000 sq foot log Lodge was built in 1937 for the corporate customers and executives of the local paper mill that unfortunately closed in 2006. The Nipigon River is the home of the world record brook trout caught by Dr Cooke in 1915.

Travelling east from Thunder Bay on Hwy 11/17 drive 60 miles until you come to Hwy 628. Turn right onto Hwy 628 and drive 5 miles and just before the railway crossing turn left onto Road 17. Drive approximately a quarter mile in to the Quebec Lodge. Travelling west on Hwy 11/17, approximately 6 miles west of the town of Nipigon turn left onto Hwy 628. Drive approximately 5 miles and just before the railway crossing, turn left onto Road 17 (watch for the Quecbec Lodge sign). Drive approximately a quarter mile in to the Quebec Lodge.
