    • Deposit amount required ($25 per room per night processed via CC @ time of booking FRIDAY the 13TH FUll Payment at time of booking. (Special Rates for the 13th's apply with minimum 3 day stay during High Season Events))
    • Closed: Dec 23rd to Jan 2nd
    • Check in time is 3 to 7pm and Check out time is 11 am
    • Cancellations:
      Rooms will be held until 5pm on day of check-in. Please call if you anticipate that you will be late or special circumstances arise. Check-in times are negotiable @ time of Booking. 7 days notice 100% refund 72 hrs.notice 50% refund On day of check-in without notification, we reserve the right to rebook/and or charge full price for the room. No refunds after check-in. FRIDAY THE 13TH 30 DAY NOTICE REQUIRED. MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY ON HOLIDAY AND FESTIVAL WEEKENDS. A MAXIMUM OF 5 consequetive NIGHT STAY YEAR ROUND.
