Maple Ridge Bed And Breakfast is located just outside of Cumberland which is 15 minutes from Ottawa,the main hwy for Ottawa [147] being within 5 minutes of the site. The home is located on 3.25 acres of pristine land with approximatly one half being forest. No chemicals whatsoever are used in land maintenance and well water is of the highest quality. We have provided many quiet indoor and outdoor seating areas with a vintage feel that carries over into the bedroom decorating. We also provide free bicycle use and a guest chauffeur service for restaurants and receptions The design of Maple Ridge ensures a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with an invitation to slow down and enjoy a nature walk,take a bike ride,read a book or simply look at the flowers and greenery.

We were fortunate to spend three lovely nights at this beautiful B and B on the outskirts of Ottawa in a wooded area of Orleans from October 14 to the 16th as we spent a mini-vacation in that fine city. The hosts, Susan and Richard are a warm and friendly couple who ensured that our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We stayed in the Green Room which looked out on two sides into the spacious backyard and many trees. The room was bright, comfortable and peaceful had a large ensuite bathroom stocked with many extras. Breakfast each morning was a delight with fruit, muffins and a hot dish which kept us going until late lunch. One very unique surprise was being presented with a memento of our stay with photos of our room, each other, the hosts and the B and B. A much appreciated touch. We highly recommend this delightful B and B.

Richard and Sue were the kindest and most caring people we met while staying in Canada. We stayed in the blue room, which was very comfy and clean. Staying at the Maple Ridge felt like staying with family. And Sue prepared a breakfast that knocked us off our feet! (especially because one of us is vegan) Richard's made us laugh plenty of times with his great sense of humor. All in all we had the best time staying there for four days.
