The B&B is located in the heart of NOTL and only two or three blocks from the Shaw Theaters. The B&B is very comfortable and a joy to stay at. Carlotta, Kash and Momma were a delight to be around. Momma was visiting from Florence, Italy and was quickly learning English. The four course Italian Breakfasts were spectacular. Hope to return soon.

We have just returned from our second visit to La Toscana di Carlotta. If you can imagine, being treated like royalty, feeling like you are the most important guest who has ever visited and then, finally, feeling as though this B and B is home. The food is outstanding, the rooms are lovely, the products provided (linens and toiletries) are the finest and all of that is only the beginning. Your hosts, Kash and Carlotta have a magical way of knowing just what you need when and just how much! You don't want to miss the opportunity to visit this home where you come first. You are treated to the amazing experience of Carlotta and Kash's cultural influences and their uncanny skill of making you feel as though your visit what just what they had been waiting for! Enjoy!

Carlotta, Kash and Carlotta's mother create a breakfast that is a wonderful, indulgent, occasion. The setting is a lovely porch (in the good weather), the courses are beautiful as well as delicious, and the whole experience brings a smile in the remembering. Our group included a vegan, which means a challenge, but Carlotta was up to it, and took wonderful care of him, as well as the rest of us. I don't mean to slight the rest of our experience there. The rooms were delightful, with the best bathroom I've had in a B&B recently. The advice from Kash and Carlotta about town of Niagara on the Lake and about the simplest way to see the Falls was right on. It was a delightful experience; I recommend it highly.
