Etherington Manor is a 3 room B&B in Niagara on the Lake. All of our rooms have King beds with white high thread count sheets. Each room includes a gas fireplace, ensuite washroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a private balcony. We want you to feel at home when you are staying with us so we would never charge for things like wifi, parking & breakfast. First time at a B&B and worried you will be stuck watching Wheel of Fortune with the owners? Don't worry, you have a separate entrance to our home which gives you the freedom to chat with us, ask for advice or directions or just go right up to your room if you want to be alone. We are always around if you need us or would like to talk but we prefer to watch Wheel of Fortune privately anyway. :) Travelling as a group? There is a large communal balcony, a sitting room and kitchenette all on the 2nd floor of our home and all available to our guests 24 hours a day. You could also wander out to the gardens and sit in the gazebo to enjoy a book or a bottle of wine.

The Betty Suite features an inviting King size bed and a lovely sunny balcony for two. This suite has a comfy sitting area next to the gas fireplace, perfect for catching up on your reading or sharing a bottle of wine. If you need to catch up on your favorite tv show don´t worry, we provide satellite TV on your LCD Television (including movie channels). The spacious ensuite has a whirlpool tub and a walk in shower.Double occupancy only. At this time we do not accept guests under the age of 18.

Cancellations: Etherington Manor Cancellation Policy A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellation 15 days prior to your stay results in no cancellation charges. Cancellation from 14 to 8 days from your stay results in a full refund only if your specific room can be re-booked & if not, a $50 Cancellation fee will apply. If the cancellation is 7 days or less from your stay and we cannot re-book your specific room, full room charges will apply. Please be aware of this policy when booking your stay. Pets We have 2 small dogs and for their safety we cannot accommodate animals travelling with guests. We love animals and as a result we put our dogs safety above anything else. Thank you for your understanding.
