I established my B&B in 1987 when I moved into my 1892 Historic home in the older, quieter downtown area of Niagara Falls. Walk to the Bus, Go Train, Shuttle, Restaurants, Theatres, Shopping, Casinos and Falls.
I offer a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Family Suite with Private Deck & Entrance. I am able to accommodate up to 8 people when you reserve all 4 rooms with total privacy and no curfew.

I am located on the Canadian side one house up from the River Road on Simcoe Street between the Whirlpool and Rainbow Bridges.
From Toronto: Follow the QEW to 405 and then exit on Stanley Ave. Turn right onto Stanley and then left onto Whirlpool Road just before you cross the Train Track. Turn right onto River Road (Niagara Parkway) and follow it past the Whirlpool Bridge for about 5 blocks and turn right onto Simcoe Street.
From Rainbow Bridge: Take the First Exit to your right (Do not follow Hwy 420) as soon as you get off the Bridge.
Turn right on Hiram and left onto River Road (Niagara Parkway). Follow the River Road about 9 blocks and turn left onto Simcoe Street.
Nearest major airport: Buffalo, NY (BUF-Buffalo/Niagara International) 45 miles

From Peace Bridge: Follow QEW to Niagara Falls (15 minute drive) and exit on Hwy 420 then turn left at the first set of lights onto Stanley Ave. Follow Stanley to the second set of lights and turn right onto Morrison and drive to the very end. Turn right on Zimmerman and then Turn right onto River Road and go one block and then right onto Simcoe Street.
