Ambiance by the Falls Bed and Breakfast

A seriously good location. If you stay on the Canadian side, you know that up on the strip it can get noisy, the hotels expensive. This place is just two blocks off where the strip area begins, but tucked into a nice little neighborhood pocket. Close enough to get everywhere quickly by walking, far enough to be able to sleep. Parking in the back, super clean rooms, and small number of rooms. New owners now for a couple of years, Scott used to be in the hotel business and it shows. They've clearly made it their home. Our New Year's Eve trip from NYC was an adventure, made easier by this lucky choice.

This was my second B&B experience here. I stayed here about one year ago and had to come back for a few more days to enjoy the Niagara region while visiting southern Ontario. I enjoyed my stay here last year and was not disappointed this time either. The B&B has made some nice decor changes from a year ago and it was still nice then! The Yellow room which I stayed in this trip was very nicely decorated. Scott and Diane were also able to provide great info on some other nearby things a shorter drive away to see and visit besides the Falls. Niagara-on-the-Lake was a wonderful scenic afternoon trip as well as the Welland Canal. Also ejoyed sitting out on the backyard deck with some wine in the evening. They cheerfully provided the wine glasses and opener. The breakfast was again very good and filling. Enjoyed the conversations with other guests at breakfast! You are wonderful hosts and guides. Thanks again!

My husband and I scheduled a last minute weekend getaway, and we were delighted to spend it here, at Ambiance by the Falls. Scott and Diane were lovely, cordial individuals that made us feel welcome and at ease with our first experience at a B&B. Scott makes a lovely breakfast, but be prepared not to be hungry until late in the evening! You won't find better hospitality, value or location than the Ambiance. We would love to stay here again!

The Ambiance by the Falls surpassed all of our expectations. Scott takes great pride and puts a lot of effort in providing a spotlessly clean and comfortable haven. The food was delicious and on the finest of settings. Would definitely stay again, especially at such great rates. 5 stars. Diane & Bill, Nevada.

We are just leaving the home after a wonderful stay and wish we could stay longer. I told Scott (new owner) that he was "born for this"! He is truly a very hospitable person and went way above our expectations with everything. Thanks for making us feel special as my husband and i dont often have time to "get away"... but we'll be back and tell our friends for sure!
