I have not left yet, however I feel that I have been staying here for a long time. I travel all over Ontario. There is not a town, village, outpost or city that I have not visited or travelled through for my work in Ontario. I don't think that there is a hotel, motel or Inn that is even close to comparable. The place is spotless, the accommodation is out of this world and the bathroom has heated floors. Even four star hotels do not have heated bathroom floors!. Last but not least Jackie and Trevor are the perfect hosts. Their friendliness is a quality that I will never forget. Needless to say, you know where I will be staying when I come though Manotick again, which I hope will be sooner rather than later. Omar Bhamjee

We spent 3 nights with Jackie & Trevor recently. Their home is in a lovely serene enviornment just a stones throw from the city of Ottawa. This was our first stay but will definitely not be our last. The home is comfortable, very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and our hosts were attentive. We had access to a guest living room and their yard that led down to a small river where there were birds, chipmunks and a duck even laid her eggs in a wooden planter on their deck and sits on them observing the comings and goings of the guests. This was a home away from home and we could not be happier with our hosts or their accomodations. I will never stay in a hotel or motel in the south end of Ottawa again now that I have discovered this gem. Thanks Trevor & Jackie!
