    • Minimum stay: On some weekends we have a minimum two night's stay.

    • Deposit amount required: Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night's stay.

    • Cancellations: Reservations cancelled more than (7) days before the scheduled arrival will be refunded the deposit minus a $75.00 cancelation fee. If the reservation is rebooked at the time of cancellation, the cancelation fee will be waived. Reservations cancelled less than (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit a one night deposit. "No Shows": Will be charged the full value of their reservation.

    Sumptuous Steak a la Echo Canyon
    The steak is the most tender of the tender and is always served as a double entree along with your choice of grilled chicken or Hawaiian style Ahi and all fresh green beans, asparagus, corn, twice baked potatoe (Potato Carolee), fresh green salad, our famous Garlic bread and fresh Pesto, the drinks are included - wine or a non-alchoholic version, and a very elegant light dessert - Strawberry Chocolate Gateau. Many friends have been made at our dinner tables! Most say this is the best they've ever tasted. Come and experience for yourself.

    This place was perfect for a couple who wants to spend time in a peaceful, quiet, luxurious, beautiful and intimate environment with excellent food. We would highly recommend it but its our secret place.

    This is a great place to getaway and relax! The spa is awesome, the food amazing, and the rooms are fabulous! This was our second time here and can't wait until the next time! Robbie Rieger

    All the people at Echo Canyon are great and have such great attitudes and so friendly. They all made sure that our stay was what we wanted. I would go back in a instant.

    It is a beautiful place. We enjoyed watching the deer & birds on our back deck. The meal was fabulous, I enjoyed all the home made jams & everything about it. We want to bring our friends and relatives when we come back. We have bragged about the hospitalities and warm and friendly people. We can't wait to schedule another trip. It was the perfect place for our anniversary.

    My wife and I went to Echo Canyon for our anniversary and it was absolutely spectacular. The staff was very friendly and the accomodations were excellent and beautiful. We look forward to staying there again soon.
