This 1925 manor mesmerizes guests with towering stained glass doors, framed dramatically by floor to ceiling tapestry drapes, a white columned balcony overlooking the sitting area, and a spectacular spiral cherry wood staircase that takes guests to the second floor where they can choose from three lodging options.

Since we stayed Christmas Eve, we were not provided breakfast on Christmas morning. The inkeepers let us know this when we made the reservation. It was disappointing, but understandable.

My sister and I stayed there over the weekend. As kids, we had driven by this house numerous times when we came to Pauls Valley and loved it even then. There are so many interesting architectural details in this house and it's like stepping back in time. Large rooms, big bedrooms with plenty of storage space, a huge kitchen and lovely dining rooms...just some of the things we enjoyed during our stay. Couldn't ask for better Innkeepers, either; they were just great. Conveniently located to Arbuckle Wilderness and Oklahoma City, it was the best of both worlds for us. The best part is the wonderful patio on the side or the house where you can have early morning coffee or late evening conversation while watching the world go by. We will definintely stay there again. Thanks to Dan and Candace for sharing this great home with us. Gretchen

We married in the Pauls Valley Bed and Breakfast. I put some of my family up in the rooms for the night before. They were pleased with their stay. All guests who visited for the event were impressed with the setting. It is very ornate on the inside and has plenty of character in each room. The main room is spacious enough to comfortably seat our group of 36. The owner is very pleasant, easy to contact, and easy to work with. We are so happy to have chosen Pauls Valley Bed and Breakfast.

Cancellations: We are significantly affected by untimely cancellations. To minimize this problem we ask that you be fairly confident of your travel arrangements when making a reservation. We understand however, that unforeseen changes happen; therefore our cancellation policy is as follows: With more than (7 days) notice given prior to check-in time of 3 pm: A $25.00 administrative fee will be billed to your credit card. With less than (7 days) notice is given prior to check-in time of 3 pm: A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged to your credit card. Additionally, a minimum of one night's stay will be charged to your credit card unless we are able to rebook the room for the whole period of the original reservation. If we are unable to rebook the room, the amount charged to you, at our option, may be applied to a return visit within six months. All other restrictions apply. We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather, or early departures. A reservation made using a prior balance carried over by a previous cancellation will become non-refundable for a future stay regardless of the date canceled. Early departures and No Shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
