From the time a reservation is booked reservations will be subject to a $25 rebooking/cancellation fee from that moment it was booked up to 14 days prior to arrival.)

Cancellations & Refund Policy
We require a 14-day notice in advance of the date reserved, Which means, you must notify us by 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day prior to your check-in date, to only be charged a $25 fee.
If canceling 8-14 days before your check-in date, you will be charged one nights deposit plus expenses incurred for special arrangements (flowers, gifts,massages, meals)
If canceling 3- 7 days before your check-in date, there will be a 100% cancellation penalty
We do not want to appear unsympathetic to your circumstances, however, we only have a few rooms that would not be available to others and we special order all our amenities in advance all of which are non refundable for us.
* The same holds true for early departures (there is no refund if you leave before you are scheduled to depart). Please do not reserve dates, unless you are certain of the length of your stay.:
