7 day notice for cancellations required, MUST BE CONFIRMED; voice mail messages/phone recordings not accepted for cancellations. Deposit non-refundable if non-compliant.
There will be a $20.00 service fee for ALL refunds.
Cancellations made day of arrival are considered no shows and will be charged full price. No refunds.
