We offer the "simple comforts of home" with central air conditioning, full size bed, shared bathroom, fireplace and a smoke-free environment. Full breakfast and taxes are included in the room rate. Our waterfall in the pond adds to the country tranquil sounds. Relax in our floral garden or on our covered front porch. Refreshments are always available with a bottomless cookie jar for the sweet tooth at heart. We are open all year round. There are nearby antiquing, craft shops, shopping, fishing, boating, golfing, swimming, horseback riding, skiing, hiking trails, festivals and sight seeing tourist attractions all within an hour's drive. Charles and his father built the home in 1976 within 2 miles of Toronto, OH (not to be confused with Toronto, Ontario in Canada).

Innkeepers Diana and Charles Swearingen both enjoy gardening, camping, boating and fishing. A fragrant flower garden enclosure with flowing pond designed by Charles, is his pride in the front yard. Charles enjoys working with his hands and Diana keeps him pretty busy with landscaping and continuing fixing up the home. Both are very creative and compliment each other even after over 37 years of marriage. - The innkeepers speak: English
