With three perfectly set bedrooms in this historic area of Ohio, Jon and Cyndy have captured the essence of the proper turret style Victorian. Their morning breakfast offerings were outstanding in both taste and quantity. It was so pleasant to have them spend as long as we chose, to just talk and share life's experiences. Jon and Cyndy are well traveled owners who have much to share with anyone who has seen the world. While visiting their beautiful B&B, don't just take in their hospitality. Put-in-Bay, the site of Comm Oliver Hazard Perry's great victory in the battle of Put-in-Bay [Lake Erie] during the crucial war of 1812, and of course Cedar Point, the world's dominant roller coaster themed park, are not to be missed. We much look forward to returning to the Simpson-Flint House next summer. Steve & Kay

We came to enjoy a touch of the past with all the comforts of today, and we received it! Wow! Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, televisions in each room, air-conditioning/heating units in each room, private bathrooms, amenities galore with touches of home everywhere. The spendid dining room was decorated with elegance and warmth. Every morning we woke up to the incredible aroma of delicious food being prepared in the homey kitchen. It was hard to stop eating! A wonderful variety of food, cooked to perfection, was served daily. Cynthia kept us well fed. Our stay was a perfect balance of privacy along with gracious hospitality at all times. Thank you, thank you, Jon and Cynthia, from our whole family. We look forward to visiting again!

We came back a second time, staying in the Green Room this time which is filled with lots of sunshine mornings & evenings with a cozy reading nook. Cindy & Jon are the perfect hosts, the home a treasure filled with antiques, loads of great food & breakfast conversation, and clean & very comfortable beds. It's within walking distance of the fireworks, restaurants & The Jet Express is fun for island hopping. It's close to routes that can take you all over the Lake Erie Region, which we do yearly & find the Simpson -Flint House our home away from home. Thanks Jon & Cindy! Rose & Don
