    Our Christmas Miracle!

    December 21, 2012

We have family in the area and have never found the right hotel/place to stay when visiting...until now!!!! It is like stepping in to a space of a best friend who is 1) the most thoughtful/trusting person ever because the townhouse is appointed with things to make your stay awesome -- Roku TV box, snacks, printer driver, books, and flowers. 2) is literally an interior designer that Martha Stewart would recruit -- layout flows, everywhere you look (inside and outside) there are details/colors/touches that are artistic and fabulous. 3) And lastly, you just know/feel/experience that they have hearts for hospitality, rest, and beauty. What a treat and this is just after 17 hours after arriving! Thank you Syd and Diane -- looking forward to meeting you to say WOW in person!

    Can't wait to stay again!

    April 17, 2011

We looked for someplace cozy to stay for New Years Eve 2010.....and found some place AMAZING instead! We didn't start looking until about a week before the date and honestly thought it would be impossible to find anyplace worth staying......and then we found the Guest House. Syd went above and beyond our expectations-the frig was stocked with enough food for a small army, the robes were wonderful to lounge around in and her input on local dining/pubs was invaluable. New Years was very special this year, as my "other half" was working in Iraq last year. She even left a bottle of champagne for us! Now we can't wait to go back when the yard and garden are in full bloom and we can enjoy the deck and grill........

    Fabulous place to stay!

    October 21, 2010

Spent three days here over a holiday weekend and couldn't have been happier. The Innkeeper, Sydney, made us feel at home and allowed for a good deal of entertaining of our guests at the B & B. Food was great and allowed us to eat on our schedule which was convienent. Great place to spend a relaxing weekend and have the time to read, sit on the front porch, and relax. The gardens and outside great room/barn/garage were an added bonus!!

Wish I'd known about The GuestHouse years ago

    October 19, 2010

This stylish and comfortable guest house could not have been more perfect for our 5 night stay. We caught up with old friends & family over meals on the great porch overlooking the very beautiful garden. This is the only place I will stay in future visits to this area.

    Perfect

    August 11, 2010

This is the most amazing place to stay. It is beautiful, quiet, and clean. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen with fresh fruit and amazing food. The quaint town of Perrysburg is just blocks away. I highly recommend staying at The Guesthouse and hope to return someday.

Really a Home Away from Home

    August 04, 2010

We've stayed here twice, for two days each time. The place has a beautiful garden and "eat-on" back porch. The kitchen is fully stocked, and Syd will get you anything you want. We had "Syd and Diane's" quiche, which was excellent. The beds are great, and the bath is charming. There's also a powder room. The front porch is great for watching the world go by. You have total privacy in this beautiful B&B. Perrysburg is a charming town close to many tourist opportunities. My only caveat would be that's it's not the place to stay if you want to be served breakfast.
