We make quarterly trips to get away and stay in the tri-state area [Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky]. We have never stayed in a place so beautiful, comfortable, clean and with all modern amentities. We are planning a return next quarter because we couldn't get enough. You could not be disappointed staying here!

When my wife and I planned a trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of fame we wanted to stay at a nice place that was not in Cleveland. We had always wanted to stay in a nice place and visit the Amish because my wife had never been there before. When looking for a place on line, I could not believe that we could stay in a place like Holmes for the price. We loved it. We were driving back late from Cleveland and it was very cold out said and pouring the rain. When we walked in we turned on the fireplace and wormed up. The next morning we ate the cinnamon roll and breakfast foods that were provided for us. It was great, I would go back just for the cinnamon roll! Most people think that visiting the Amish country is for the older generations but me and my wife are in are 20’s and we loved every minute of it. I would defiantly stay there again.

My mother-in-law loves to read books about the Amish. My sister-in-laws and I decided to take her on an Amish trip. We loved Holmes with a View!!!! Very clean and decorated very nice. We had a wonderful time sitting in the opening living area, after a fun day of shopping, and chatting hours about life's ups and downs by the fire. Loved it. The only complaint would be that we were not told how to open the tricky door, but that is it. Thank you for a beautiful view and warm memories! The Collins Family

This was a great retreat experience - a great view from a greatly appointed room - including a whirlpool bath - made our time together there wonderful. All the kinks left us upon our exiting. Solitude, romance, relaxation, plus tourism oppys were all there - - will look to return!

Four of us stayed together while we explored the area, shopped, dined and best of all came back to our lodging to relax in front of the fireplace! The decor was soothing, the view spectacular, the bed comfortable and best of all we were able to relax and unwind in comfort before retiring for the evening. Everything was supplied for breakfast if we chose to eat in and restocked quickly and unobtrusively. We will definitely stay here again.
