    Each morning a bountiful is served. Featured Items could include: Blueberry French Toast, Tuscan Eggs, Belgium Waffles with baked apple, Talley Hoes, Arbor Light's Honey Bun Cake, fresh fruit, baked breads and muffins. Special dietary needs are met upon request.
    This stone wheel was found on the property and probably used by Mr. Webb who was a thresher and built the house in the 1800's. It now welcomes our guests.
    Relax anytime during your stay in the living room. Enjoy the view through the bay windows or lazily dream by the fire place. Visit our website to view additional photos of all four guest suites.
    The Augusta Bath
    Tea Time is all the time at Arbor Lights
    The West Wing is our first floor suite and is adjacent to the living room. It feature a queen size bed, attached bath and private entrance. This room was featured on That's Life with Robin Swoboda. See the taping on our website.
    Victoria's Secret, is a large 17x15 foot room located on the secong floor and is appointed with a queen plush top mattress. The roll top desk offers a spacious area to use your laptop computer on our free Wi-Fi network. The private 12x12 bathroom has a whirlpool tub, separate large shower and towel warmer. Bathrobes, slippers and a 32 inch flat screen TV make for a cozy evening.
    Jordan's Garden captures the essence of a queen's garden that reflects the regal colors of crimson, white and gold. The floral chandeliers sets the 15x17 foot room aglow and the 14-foot peaked ceiling offer an airy and open experience. The private attached bath offers neo-angle shower. Robes, slippers, faux electric fireplace, 32-inch flat screen TV, desk and free Wi-Fi access are yours to enjoy. Top it off with wine and celebrate!

    Welcome to Arbor Lights, a 2005 Lorain County Beautiful Award Winner, where we host not only our guests, but also pine, maple, oak and magnolia trees along with beautiful hydrangeas. We are located on the 5th Nationally Designated Byway where stunning sunsets over Lake Erie, Ohio's greatest natural resource, are steps away. Relax on the open veranda, stroll the 1.5-acre park-like grounds, or unwind by the water garden. Period pieces abound, from a classic hardwood floor, stained glass entry doors, bay window, high ceilings and french doors. All of our guest rooms have a private bath, one of which has a whirlpool. We are located 30 minutes from Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Cedar Point Amusement Park and 15 miles from Oberlin College. Our bordering cities include Sheffield Lake, Vermilion, Amherst and Lake Erie to the north..

    Beautiful Escape

    My husband and I were looking for a quick weekend away not far from Pittsburgh. We stumbled upon Arbor Lights and couldn't have been more happy with the decision. The home is beautiful. We stayed in the Victoria's Secret Suite. The place like a better version of home and the bathroom with jet tube was incredible. The biggest compliment of the place though has to be breakfast. Breakfast both mornings was beyond our imaginations. The banana waffles with warm syrup were delicious. We have already been recommending the place to friends for a quick get-away.

    Sisters' getaway

    My sister and I stayed at this beautiful B&B and we loved it. The breakfast was amazing and Gerri could not do enough for us. I loved our shared breakfast time and learning the history of Arbor Lights. Our room was very comfortable with lovely accessories, but lacking a bureau or dresser which would have allowed us to empty suitcases abd enjoy a more home like setting. Maddy was a true joy and obviously likes her role of making people feel welcome. We would certainly stay there again. Having grown up in Sheffield Lake and visiting for the first time in over fifty years, Arbor Lights was truly a woderful experience.

    Great Breakfasts, Warm and Relaxing

    I spent 4 nights here while visiting with family. It was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It really did feel like my home away from home. I looked forward to breakfast every morning where I was treated to a very special and tasty meal. A comfortable bed and fluffy towels added to the experience. Gerry was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I should add that their little dog, Maddy, was very friendly and cute and well behaved.

    This quaint New Orleans style room has a full bed under a gold sculptured canopy, a gold tin faux ceiling, desk, rocking chair and air conditioning.     Victoria's Secret

    Located on the second floor, this large 15 x 17 suite features three windows that set the room's ambiance as airy and fresh. The queen pillow top bed is set in a color pallet that reflects earth tones which offers comfort and relaxation. The private 12 x 12 attached spa bath presents a whirlpool and separate shower. The secretary desk lets you sit comfortably while using WIFI or watching the 32 inch flat screen tv.

    • Check In: 3:0-5:00 p.m.    Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

    • Minimum Stay: Holiday weekends 2 night minimum

    • Deposit Amount Required: Deposit amount required - A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. Check deposits are accepted if reservation is made at least one month in advance. Credit card deposits confirm immediately.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations - Due to the limited number of rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 8 days (1-month for holidays/special events) in advance of the scheduled arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. All cancellations and reservation date changes may be subject to a $25.00 handling charge regardless of the date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for the full amount for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date if the cancellation occurs less than twenty-four hours before the reservation.     Wonderful Getaway

    Needed lodging while visiting family in Vermilion, OH over 4th of July referred to this B&B -- it was one of the nicest B&B we have stayed -- small, quaint, well-taken-care-of. Gerry, our innkeeper, was delightful along with her sidekick, Maddy -- great breakfast (needed her recipes).
