Huevos Rancheros: Spicy sausage with carmelized onions and vegetables folded into softly scrambled eggs, rolled into floured tortilla. Topped with lots of mixed cheeses, salsa and sour cream.
Eggs Benedict & Florentine: Just like Brennans, but with the home made hollendaise with a twist. Occasional variations include salmon and crab toppings.

Policies - Minimum stay required (Two Nights on Weekends, Three Nights, Holiday Weekends, single nights weekdays)
- Smoking is not allowed (Guests may smoke on Beach Decks and Gazebo area)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (We have small Bichon Frises)
- Accommodations are not suitable for children (Over 14 yrs. old accompanied by adult, weekdays only.)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Moderate drinking allowed. Wine served at Sherry hour)
- Deposit amount required (50% of total package at booking. Balance due by check, cash or travelers check at check-in.)
- Closed: January, February & March
- Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy: Full credit toward next visit is given if cancellation is one month prior to scheduled visit, (Honeymoon Suite req 75 day notice)50% with two weeks notice, and no credit if less than two weeks (unless we can fill the room with another guest). In all cases, there is a $50 cancellation fee per room ($100 Honeymoon Suite). The balance of your credit will be applied to your next visit. - Accepted by the following agencies:
