Our B&B is a spacious, two-story private guest cottage. The upstairs features the bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, TV area and an office area. The downstairs features a living room/dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and bath. The Fling Family Farm has 200 acres of trails. It features beautiful, rolling terrain with woods and open pasture near the foothills of Appalachia. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Bring your horses and ride our trails. Enjoy antique shopping in all directions or tour the Amish Country. Serpent Mound, Rocky Fork Lake, Paint Creek Lake and Seven Caves are all 15 to 20 minute drives. Or stay close and enjoy our farm and horses. We regularly see deer, wild turkey and an abundance of other wildlife. Whether you are hiking on our trails, wading in the creek, fishing in the ponds, napping on the deck or enjoying a glass of wine by the campfire ring, you will have a relaxing and fun time.

I spent four nights here on a business trip. The cottage is well appointed, and if you like dogs, the two next door are as lovable as you'll ever meet. The view is great, and the location is easy to find. I like the idea of making my own breakfast, and I am sure thy would be accommodating for special food needs. The office area is especially nice for anyone in the area on business, and the Wi-Fi signal is strong.

The stars shine bright. The warmth of the sun is subdued by a gentle breeze. The view of the hills and trees is spectacular. All this happens on the porch of the Fling Family B&B. Dancing to the band and chatting on the deck of the Fling Barn could not have been more fun. This was a great way for we city people to go home to our country roots. Thanks to the Fling Family for a wonderful week end. We will be back. Don and Carolyn -Ft. Thomas, Ky

This B&B has a long-distance view of rolling hills that looked great in the fall colors. The abundance of windows and the big rooms had me moving around with my coffee cup to find several favorite perches for nice views. Things to do included walking down to see the horses and then looking forward to getting back to those big leather couches where I could really sink in. The rural location has a night sky with the milky-way I have not seen in my Ohio hometown for about 30 years. Bill and Debbie provided opportunities for socializing at the out-door fire-pit and for just chit-chatting about how farm life was or is. A glass of wine at the end of the day seemed to be an essential part of the experience which has us wishing for more.

This is just an incredible B&B. It's actually a large, two-floor cottage, with a spacious downstairs living room/dining area/kitchen, and a wonderfully furnished upstairs bedroom with office area, sitting area, kitchenette and outdoor deck. The cottage sits on a 200 acre farm with dramatic views and lush vegetation. There is wonderful hiking and lots of quiet areas to sit and read or bird watch. The owners were welcoming and very friendly. All in all, our stay was everything we could ask for. We highly recommend this B&B.
