While a 3 means "met my expections" I question who really wrote this. In the month of November our rates run between $135.00 per night to $175.00. We have never charged $190.00. Our rates have not changed in 6 1/2 years even though food and utilities have gone up. I have had 2 guests tell me they've paid $500.00 per night for a room and it wasn't as nice as mine. Most people say "WOW" the first time they walk into their Suite. Nine out of ten people tell me this is the nicest place they've ever stayed at. Where can you find a 500 square foot Suite(1/2 the size of my first house) with a Jacuzzi, Fireplace, Private Bath, Small Kitchen Area, Free Satelite TV, Free Sparkling Juice, Free Pop Corn,Free Hot Chocolate, Free Tea, Free Coffee, overlooking a small lake. Weather permitting you can go for a paddle boat ride or go fishing. Seven years ago my wife and I stayed at a Best Western in Sterling Heights Michigan. They charged us $198.00. There was no lake, no fishing, no paddle boat, no fireplace, no jacuzzi, no free satelite TV, no sparkling juice, no popcorn, no hot chocolate, no tea, the room was about 1/3 of the size, and breakfast was a bagel, toast, juice, and cereal. I would like to know what places you've stayed at that gives you all that we do for less money. My wife and I would like to go to them. Please, whoever wrote this contact us and tell us why you thought we only met your expectations. As you said you've been here before. It was so dissapointing you came back. We feel our place is a lot better than your review. If we don't here from you I'll assume it was one of our competitors.
