Welcome to Maria's Bed and Breakfast, nestled in the hills of Amish country. Come relax and refresh at our newly restored 1886 Victorian home. Our home is a showcase of the finest and most unusually carved trimwork and design. Truly a dreamy dollhouse. We have 2 rooms, both with private baths, cable TV, wireless internet, one private sitting area and one common area with a fireplace. A full breakfast is included in the price. We look forward to pampering you!!

Cancellations: Maria's Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Please do not use the Information Request Form to notify us of a cancellation, reservation request, or change of the date for your stay. Instead, please call us In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. In the event your room is available we'll make every effort to check you in earlier. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Absolutely No Smoking anywhere on premises No Pets. We have an in house cat and also a talking Senegal Parrot for your enjoyment. Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.

The Schrocks were very welcoming and the quaint village of Fredericksburg was a relaxing place. Near the Holmes County bike trail & amish country. Breakfast was yummy.

Maria's B&B is a wonderful place for a relaxing weekend getaway. They truly treat you as family and make you feel at home. I highly recommend the Old World Charm B&B!

i had a lovely stay. The room was comfy & cozy. Maria & Arnie made me feel very welcome and provided helpful hints & directions for the area. Plus Maria made a delicious breakfast.
