The RiverView Bed and Breakfast Inn offers the perfect atmosphere to rest and watch the river go by. Choose from our four outstanding guest rooms. Traveling east on US 52.
1. US 52 past Portsmouth, New Boston, Sciotoville, South Webster, Wheelersburg, and Route 253 to 23 exits.
2. Left onto the Franklin Furnace ramp (Old 52/Co Road 1) just past the Route 253 to 23 exit.
3. Co. Rd 1 into Franklin Furnace to Green High School. (Approx. 1.8 miles)
4. Right on Braunlin Road at the Shake Stop.
Traveling west on US 52.
1. From South Point, OH go past the following exits:
a. Ashland, KY bridges
b. Coal Grove Route 243
c. Ironton Route 141
d. Ironton Route 93
e. Hanging Rock Route 650 (Be careful here. Hanging Rock is a speed trap.)
2. Exit at the County Rd. 1A/County Rd. 23 exit. Left onto County Rd. 1A for 6 miles (Co. Road 1A turns into County Rd. 1 in Scioto County).
3. Left onto Braunlin Road at the Marina Shake Stop.
From either direction:
1. Braunlin Road to the boat ramp.
2. Instead of going to the boat ramp, turn a sharp right onto the side street.
3. Travel two blocks.
4. Turn left and travel one block.
5. Turn right onto our lane.
6. Drive down our lane to the Inn. - Nearest major airport: Columbus, OH (CMH-Port Columbus Intl.) 125 miles
- Directions from airport:
1. From the Columbus Airport, take I 270 south and west around Columbus to the US 23 south exit.
2. US 23 south to US 52 in downtown Portsmouth. (Approx. 81 miles)
3. Turn left onto US 52 east in Portsmouth.
4. US 52 east through Portsmouth and New Boston. Go past Sciotoville, South Webster, two Wheelersburg exits, and the Greenup Locks and Dam exit. (Approx. 14.6 miles)
5. Exit left onto the Franklin Furnace ramp (Old 52/Co Road 1) just past the exit to the Greenup Locks and Dam.
6. Travel on Co. Rd 1 into Franklin Furnace to Green High School. (Approx. 1.8 miles)
7. Turn right on Braunlin Road at the Shake Stop.
8. Travel on Braunlin Road until it ends at the boat ramp.
9. Turn hard right on the side street instead of going down to the boat ramp.
10. Travel 2 blocks on the side street until it ends.
11. Turn left and travel 1 block.

2. For cancellations on the day before and the day of a scheduled stay.
o All deposits will be forfeited

3. For no shows.
o All deposits will be forfeited.
o Guarantees by credit card will be charged the full room rate.
4. If you are paying by cash or check, the balance of your payment is due upon check-in.
