Sarah's House Victorian Bed & Breakfast
Experience the charm and Victorian elegance of our beautiful, restored circa 1860 home. Sarah's House has central AC, and the five spacious guest rooms each have a private bath. You can relax in the Parlor while listening to music played by owner, Steve Miller, on our 7' Baldwin Grand Piano, choose from a large variety of reading material in our well stocked Library, or chat with the other guests while enjoying a delicious full breakfast or dessert in the sun drenched morning room, or the formal dining room. Yes, a delicious, full breakfast is included in the price of your room. We also treat our guests to a complimentary, freshly made dessert each evening with choice of hot or cold beverage. From Columbus Airport (CMH),take I-270 outerbelt south to I-70 East toward Wheeling. Stay on I-70 east to Exit 153 - Route 60 in Zanesville. Take Route 60 North through Zanesville to Northpointe Drive - 3.1 miles. (Note - do not take Dresden Road off Rt.60/Maple Ave.) Turn right on Northpointe Dr. (at Lowes) to Dresden. Travel approx. 8 miles, turn right on Dave Longaberger Ave. (traffic light at McDonalds/Dresden) to Main Street, turn right on Main Street to Sarahs House at 1015 Main Street.

- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (No smoking inside. Ashtrays provided on two outside porches)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets

- Deposit amount required (A fifty percent (50%)deposit is required at time of booking.)
- Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations:
Cancellations: For any refund we require notification as follows:
1 Room - 7 Days Notification
2 Rooms - 14 Days Notification
3 Rooms - 30 Days Notification
4 or 5 Rooms - 60 Days Notification
If we do not receive the minimum notification you will forfeit your entire deposit, regardless of whether or not the room is rebooked. ALL cancellations will be assessed a $20 per room processing fee, which will be taken out of your deposit amount. The remainder of your deposit will be returned to you as outlined under “Cancellations” above.
