The Italianate Circa 1890 Bed and Breakfast is unique and not your traditional style Bed & Breakfast. Our comfortable suites in this charming old victorian house will give you the privacy of a mini hotel. Located in downtown Delaware, Ohio we are a short walk to Ohio Wesleyan and a block and a half walk to Delaware's historic downtown. The house features two cozy, comfortable suites with kitchens, livingrooms, and private baths. The suites include wireless high speed internet, cable TV, CD clock radio, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, irons, hair dryers and window airconditioners, flatware and place settings. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate can be enjoyed in the suites at any time. You will receive a menu at check in to select your favorite continental breakfast foods to be delivered to your door in the morning. Cancellations will be accepted up until a week of the reserved date during The Little Brown Jug and Fair Racing in September and for Ohio Wesleyan University activites. Exceptions can be made for family emergencies.
