Circa 1840 dwelling with an eclectic mix of Mis-matched China, Fine Linens, Antiques, Full Breakfasts, English Teas, and Olde Fashioned Hospitality.
Four guest rooms each with a private bath and cable television.
Restored Carriage House down the garden path consisting of two suites, each boasting a two-person Jacuzzi, Free-standing Gas Fireplace, Kitchenette, and TV with DVD/VCR tucked away in an antique armoire. Popcorn,soda,and movies provided.
With in walking distance of shops, museum, restaurant/pub, bookstore, playhouse, and bike-path.
With in 20 minutes of Amish Country, Longaberger, Antiques,Tea Room, and Three Wineries. Kenyon College approx. 40 minutes.

Each suite has Q sz bed,free-standing gas Fireplace, Kitchenette, Jacuzzi bathtub,and TV with DVD/VCR tucked away in an antique armoire. $120.00 plus tax weeknights and $140.00 plus tax weekends. Includes full breakfast in main dining room.

- Limited accommodations for guest pets (Pets allowed with responsible owners.)
- Children are welcome (Prior arrangement necessary to best accommodate everyone.)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Please observe our quiet hours of 11pm-8am)
- Deposit amount required (Credit Card is held as a guarantee or 50% deposit)
- Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am
- Cancellations:
If cancellation is made within ten days of scheduled visit,deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee per room. If made within ten days of reserved visit, 50% deposit will be forfeited, within 24hrs you will be responsible for the entire stay unless we are able to rebook. There is a thirty day cancellation policy for Festival Weekends, Holidays, House of Jacob functions, along with "Book the House" events. Book the House will also require a 50% non-refundable deposit. - Accepted by the following agencies:
