Welcome to a beautifully restored "Green" home in Historic VICTORIAN VILLAGE, built in 1893 for furniture mogul, A.L. Conklin. We are located less than a mile south of the OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY Campus, between 4th and 5th Avenues; The SHORT NORTH ARTS DISTRICT is 4 short blocks East of us. GOODALE PARK and Lily pond is 6 blocks away. Breakfast ingredients are ORGANIC or LOCAL when available. Drinking Water is reverse osmosis filter. Coffee is Fair Trade Organic. Housekeeping is Green Clean. There are four beautiful rooms;all beds are Queen. Our regular rate is $130. and $149. on event weekends We take allergies seriously. Let us know specifics when you make your reservation. There are no feathers in any bedding—hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. GL friendly

We found Neil Ave B & B when we went to Columbus for a conference. The B and B was comfortably close to many historic homes and a great area of town. Very comfortable beds, beautiful house, and menu choices we could make each night for the next day's breakfast. Breakfast was very good - a little on the light side but delicious and in the end, we went away with plenty to eat. I would definitely go back again if I travel to Columbus.

Great location, excellent breakfast, very friendly hosts with interesting conversation. Room was clean and very comfortable. I will stay there in the future for sure, way better than any hotel!

Proprietors were warm, welcoming, hospitable. B&B itself, rooms, amenities were lovely in historical area. Breakfast was meager, not what I expect in a B&B.
