The J. Palen House was built in the late 1800’s and was originally home to one of the areas finest brew masters. This lovely three story Victorian home with its original inlaid wood floors, brick and tile fireplace, two-story stairway stained glass window, gas lighting fixtures, leaded glass French doors, built in cabinets and hidden pocket doors is a tribute to the craftsmanship of its day.

Today, the blending of contemporary and antique pieces throughout the house provides the perfect atmosphere for business or pleasure.

We are less than 1 mile from all the downtown Cleveland activities, minutes from Cleveland Clinic, Metro Hospital and University Circle with easy access to I-71, I-77 and I-90.

From the east, I 90 west, exit (left) at W. 28th St, South to W. 30th, left turn to Bridge Ave, turn left, we are at the first traffic light.
From the south, I-71, or I-77, exit E. 9th st, left at Carnegie over the bridge, 3 light turn right at W 28th, we are at the first traffic light intersection.

Directions from airport:
I-71 North into Cleveland. Off at the 9th St. exit. At the first main intersection, across from Jacobs Field, take a left turn onto Carnegie Avenue. Heading West on Carnegie Avenue over the Hope Memorial Bridge, Carnegie changes into Lorain Avenue after the bridge. Travel West on Lorain Avenue thru to the fourth traffic light which is West 28th Street. Take a right hand turn onto West 28th and head North to the next traffic light. We are at the intersection of W 28th and bridge Ave.
