Inn Details

Country charm awaits you in this lovely bed and breakfast just outside of Camden, Ohio. Over 180 acres of farmland are part of the Sugar Valley Farm B&B, which is reached by a quarter mile private lane.

The rolling farmland offers many activities in some of Southwest Ohio's most beautiful scenery. Enjoy quiet walks in the woods overlooking stone cliffs and rock-bottom creeks filled with fossils.

Feel free to relax in front of the roaring fireplace at the end of the day.

Inside the house, you will find antiques and quiet places for reading or relaxing. Enjoyment can be found simply by sitting on the porch looking over the pond watching the birds, butterflies and nature.

Each spacious bedroom has a beautiful view of the countryside and pond. Wild turkey, deer, blue heron and other wild animals as well as farm animals are present in the acres surrounding the bed & breakfast.

In addition, a charming two-bedroom cottage is adjacent to the main house, that overlooks the sheep pasture and hay fields. The spacious interior provides a comfortable setting that includes a fully equipped kitchen and large dining room table with an open architecture to the living room.

The bedrooms in the cottage are charmingly appointed with fine linens and down duvets on top-of-the-line queen-sized mattresses. The Chocolate bedroom has a walk in closet, vanity, private bath with a shower and French doors that open to the deck. The Heron bedroom has a cozy feel and its own full bathroom just one step across the hall.

The cottage opens out to a comfortable, shaded deck that has a patio table and chairs and a sofa-sized swing that looks out over the sheep and lambs on the farm.

A complete Country Breakfast will be served at your convenience. Breakfast will include farm fresh eggs and homemade jams and jellies as well as seasonal fruits from the farm. It's recommended that you remove your shoes at the entry if you have been outdoors enjoying our gardens, farm and wildlife.
