    Signature Dish

GRANDMA RUTH'S EGGS À LA GOLDENROD
My grandma Ruth made us a special treat for holidays. Eggs A'La Goldenrod. A family and friend favorite for years. The oldest recipe that I have found was 1896. A warm comfort food that is a satisfying start to the day. We offer many delicious dishes from our Peaches and Cream Stuffed Brioche French toast to our Quiche Lorraine, Homemade Granola Fresh Berry Parfaits and of course our Eggs McKinley!. You won't need lunch!

This is our third time at Zoar School Inn and we will be back the next time we want to get away from it all. We always enjoy our stay and leave relaxed and happy. The breakfast is exceptional and delicious. You can't beat Gayle's breakfast casserole or ask her to make you her grandmas eggs dish. Home made snacks and chocolate treats. Can't say enough all I can say is stay once and you'll want to go back! R&R. PA

For years, make that a decade or so, we drove by this awesome town. Finally after years of saying; "We really should spend some time here", we did. Fantastic !!! There was a festival of lights and the town was just warm and cozy, even though it was very cold. The Inn was warm and had great scents of candles and baking in the morning. I could have sat and listened to the hosts knowledge of the Inn and the Zoarites all day long. Actually, we did talk for quite a part of the day. I will definitely stay again.

besides the cute little town and first rate rooms, we thought it was kinda neat that the bed and breakfast owners said they were off to the market to get fresh ingredients for our breakfast the next morning. Nice touch !!!

Dear Joe and Gayle, We stayed at your Inn this past summer. Due to some personal issues we were not able to write a review until now. We had the greatest time with my brother and his wife at your Inn. It was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised and happy with everything. It was a pleasure meeting you both and we wish you a Blessed Christmas and a very Happy New Year. We will definately tell our friends and family about you! Thanks again. Sincerely, Frank and Judy
