We picked this place as our honeymoon spot because I heard great reviews. The room. I can not wait to go back. It was a perfect get away, I kind of felt like we were in our own world while we were there.

Needed a quiet weekend get away from the stresses of every day life. Was a nice setting and accommodations. Was nice to have the Jacuzzi tub for two to relax and unwind as well. Good selection of DVDs supplied for viewing. Will stay there again in the future.

This was to be a two day getaway for my wife and I. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. I rained and poured the entire time we were there, so we weren't able to do the sight seeing and shopping my wife hoped to do. The cabin was comfortable, clean and homey. It would have been more pleasant if the weather cooperated. We would like to return in summer for a few days.

The log cabin is split down the middle and there is another room on the other side so you can hear noise from your neighbors. It is situated on the edge of a golf course and is in a pretty and peaceful location. We had a nice stay and there is a lot of stuff to do in Sugarcreek to keep you busy. The owners supply pretty much anything that you could need. All you have to do is bring your clothes. There are no meals cooked by the owners to review, but they do provide to vouchers for a breakfast buffet at one of the Amish restaurants - that is an $18 value. We did have an issue with the bed, it is only a full (double) but that is a personal comfort thing. Be warned, if you are a larger person (height or otherwise) the shower is tiny, but there is also a jacuzzi tub that is an option.
Thank you for your review. We are happy that you did enjoy your stay and the breakfast at the nearby Amish Buffet. We are sorry that the people in the other unit were noisy. We did want to confirm that the bed in both units is a top of the line Simmons Beauty-rest pillow top QUEEN sized bed though. It does sit high off the ground and may make it look smaller, but it is queen sized. I do agree with you that the shower is small in the Country Comfort Suite, as you mentioned, most people do use the Jacuzzi tub. The Eagle's Nest Suite shower is a corner shower and a bit larger. Thanks again for your input, I hope you will visit again.

My husband and I absolutely loved the cabin. We are already talking about a return visit. The owners thought of everything. We loved how beautiful the sunset looked from the back deck. The perfect place to go to get away and relax!
