    Located 2 blocks from central town square and college. 5 minute walk The inn is situated on a lofty perch across from scenic arboretum, Plum Creek and historic Johnson House. Guest rooms enjoy this view as well as the established gardens of the Ivy Tree Inn. Guest rooms are creatively designed.All private baths. Most rooms have european antiques, comfortable, not overdone. WiFi, TV. All rooms have queen beds. 2 rooms have 2 beds (queen and twin). Vegetarian breakfast cuisine: One daily prepared feauture item: cobblers, bread pudding, quiche etc. Includes: Fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea. People love the coffee! Gardens have been professionally designed. Resident awarding winning Horticulturalist Steve Coughlin has created a master garden. He is happy to share a secret or two. Operating for 20 years, we have gratefully entertained hundreds of guests - from Hollywood to Ballywood . Our guests have left us with many memories and lovely testimonials about the Ivy Tree Inn & Garden.     The Magnolia Room: Huge Magnolia tree sweeping against the windows. The room and bath have beautiful second floor views of the extensive gardens. An antique pine queen bed is draped & crowned. This room is favored for its privacy. Beautiful carved corner cabinet.

    Front Room

    Tall antigue windows overlook Plum Creek and Magnolia tree. The room features a beautiful queen bed crowned with ornate valence and drapes. Soft cotton bedding with a french country design covers the bed. A twin bed is also in the room, as well as a desk and anique armoire. The plaster walls have been painted in a soft blush color.

    • Cancellations: Cancellation must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation made less then 2 weeks will be charged the full amount (%100) for all days reserved. There is no charge for cancellations if he room has been rebooked. In some cases for very popular dates (Orrientation, parent's wekend, graduation eg.)the cncellation is 30 days in advance.
