    A unique and delightful find!

    May 09, 2013

I stayed here when I was in town for the Flying Pig Marathon and absolutely loved it! The rooms are very charming and super clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accomodating. I felt quite "at home". I did not get to enjoy their dinner, since I usually eat pretty simply before a race, but it smelled amazing. I did have brunch the next day and it was DELICIOUS! Don't believe people who may tell you the area is sketchy or dangerous. I am a small, young, female and was travelling alone and I still felt totally comfortable walking around Cincy exploring. Beds were super comfy and there is a nice shared patio at the hotel too. Overall--highly recommended! If I am ever in Cincy again I will stay here.

Best Kept Secret in Over-the-Rhine (Downtown, Cincinnati, OH)

    May 05, 2013

My wife and I were looking for a stay-cation and had walked by the Symphony Hotel on numerous occasions. This time we made a reservation, at a reasonable rate for a downtown hotel, and were taken aback by the friendliness of the staff, amenities in the room, and overall quality of food and beverage. We will definitely be coming back - and telling all of our friends - about this best kept secret!

(a life or death matter) Tim, Chef Chris, everyone was so warm form the time we got there and were allowed an early check in to the to our last hours lounging in the beautiful dinning room by open french doors, it was like a dream:) and we loved the location, walking distance to Vine st. ok, one more thing... THE FOOD is amazing. from brunch to dinner..amazing.

    A gem

    April 09, 2013

Tim phoned me a couple of days ahead of my arrival to check in on my needs. When I got in late from Texas he fixed dinner for me complete with great conversation. Colleen and I chatted in the morning while Tim made breakfast. The room was excellent. The folks and the place are good for the soul - not many hotel experiences make you feel good down to your bones. Highly recommended. - Dave

    Delightful getaway

    April 06, 2013

We chose this B & B because of its proximity to the museum at Union Terminal. Absolutely delightful. tastefully renovated and decorated rooms are cozy and well-appointed. Friendly, helpful service from Colleen, Chris and Denis. You will not regret staying in for the prix-fixe 5 course dinner and Saturday morning brunch is actually a gourmet cook-to-order feast!. Only down fall is the neighborhood which is shabby and does not lend itself to a stroll. Would highly recommend and hope to find a reason to return soon;-)
