With stunningly beautiful ocean views and spacious private terraces off of every guestroom Agua Azul la Villa offers a tranquil vacation destination in a tropical environment. Designed as a bed and breakfast in the Pacific coast style, the Villa integrates architecture and landscape relying heavily on natural materials such as wood, rock, clay and palm thatch (palapa). Each of the six ocean view guestrooms is on its own level offering privacy to each guest. The main salon where breakfast is served is under a domed palapa 30 feet in diameter. The two-tiered pool is surrounded by gardens with a shade palapa to one side.
Located in a prestigious residential area, Agua Azul la Villa is a mere three minute walk to a sandy, safe swimming beach and a short inexpensive cab ride to restaurants and shopping.
Your Canadian hosts, Brooke and Richard, live on-site year-round and can arrange a variety of tours and activities as well as recommend restaurants and points of interest.

    We are a 9 minute drive from the town center. Follow the signs to Tangolunda. Residencial Conejos is about a 3 minute drive heading south west from Tangolunda Bay, where the five star resorts are located. From the entrance of Residencial Conejos take the second left onto Calle del Club. Agua Azul la Villa is located at the top of the hill.

  • Directions from airport:
    Ask for a colecticvo taxi to Residencial Conejos and tell the driver Agua Azul la Villa. Most of the drivers know us but if not tell him from the entrance of Residencial Conejos to take the second left onto Calle del Club. Agua Azul la Villa is located at the top of the hill. We are about a 20 minute drive from the airport but as the colectivo makes several stops it could take you 45 minutes.

    Our typical room has top quality queen size bed, private bathroom with handmade talavera tile, A/C and fan and a large ocean-view terraza. All guest rooms are decorated in a similar fashion with hand woven fabric and other unique local crafts
    Residencial Conejos and Playa Tejoncito, which is a pertect beach for swimming and only a 3 minute walk from Agua Azul la Villa. The Villa itself is on the far right hand side and is obscured by the hill so it is not visable fromt this shot.This stretch of virgin beach is only about a fifteen minute walk from the Villa
