We had a lovely stay here. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for a very reasonable amount with excellent quality. The dinner menu left a great deal to be desired and I would not recommend it. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Lovely inn overlooking Lake Champlain. It had everything for a relaxing vacation away from the bustle: bookstore, cafe, lunch spot, happy hour specials, wi-fi, and gracious innkeepers. Driving distance to mountains, scenic views, sightseeing spots and the ferry to VT. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Inn over Labor Day weekend and had a great time. The Inn was very clean and the Innkeepers were excellent. We read at their web site that the library bells were a concern at one time. The bells were NEVER a problem for us. We recommend this Inn to anyone who wants a relaxing and emjoyable stay.
