Minimum Stay: A minimum of 2-day stay is required.

Deposit Amount Required: We require 50% of the total cost plus a refundable amount of $200 as cleaning deposit.

Cancellations: Within 90 days of rental, payment must be paid in full. Outside of 90 days, 50% balance is due for payment in order to reserve the vacation home rental. Refunds based upon re-renting of property at similar terms. As a small rental service provider, the Washingtonville Getaway will be removed from listing upon acceptance of deposit. Guests who fail to arrive at the property as scheduled limits the property owner's ability to rent the place to other clients. For this reason, deposit and refund rules are strictly observed.
