On the second floor the Bishop Suite has a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom and air-conditioning. There is a kitchen and sitting room with cable television.
On the first floor, the Brice Room has full- and twin-sized antique beds, private bathroom and is air-conditioned.
On the first floor, the Milford Room has a queen-sized bed, private bathroom and is air-conditioned.
Sisters' Suite is on the second floor, has a master bedroom with a queen-sized canopy bed, private bathroom and air-conditioning. It also has a kitchen and sitting room with cable television.
After a busy day in Skaneateles come back to the Gray House B&B and relax in one of our two large parlors with cable tv and games. Or read a book on our sun porch.

Gray House Bed & Breakfast is a Victorian home located in downtown Skaneateles, NY, one block from the lake, restaurants and quaint village shopping. Our B&B offers rooms with twin, full, or queen size beds each with a completely remodeled private bath. We also offer suites with a private living room and kitchen.

Thanks to this website we found this wonderful bed and breakfast and hosts were able to accommodate our drop in request for a room. Great hosts and family members assisted us and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable in this beautifully maintained picture perfect quaint town. We will definitely be staying at The Gray House again when in the area.

Grey House is a modest B&B ideally located a few blocks from village center. Large continental breakfast with fresh melon & berries and sweet homemade breads. Gracious innkeepers even provided gluten-free waffles. Rooms were small but clean. Prices very reasonable.

We love coming to Skaneateles. It is a great town with lots to do. Staying at Gray House is very convenient with everything a block away. This time we stayed in Sisters' Suite. It is such a beautiful and spacious room. Thank you for another great stay Bob and Val!!

We had a wonderful stay at Gray House. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Everything is neat and tidy. Breakfast was set on diningroom table with china and linens and we were able to help ourselves during the morning rather than having to be seated at a certain time. The owners greeted us and told us to make ourselves at home which is just what we did. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and backyard. The location is perfect! We never had to drive since Gray House is located right in the village. I would stay at Gray House again and recommend it to others.
