From the east, west or north, use NYS Interstate 90 (NYS Thruway), exit 41 (Waterloo). Upon exiting toll area, turn right onto Route 414 south. At the traffic light, turn left onto Rt. 318 east. Follow approximately 3 miles to intersection of Gravel Road/Nichols Corners. Turn right at Gravel Road and proceed approx. 3 miles to the village of Seneca Falls. At the stop sign intersecting with Rts. 5 & 20 (which is Cayuga Street), our B&B is directly across the street on your left. FROM THE SOUTH, use Route 414 to Seneca Falls. Go over the bridge and through the traffic light. This is Cayuga Street/Routes 5&20. Our B&B is 86 Cayuga Street, on the right side of the street. - Nearest major airport: Syracuse, NY (SYR-Hancock Intl.) 35 miles

- Deposit amount required (All reservations are held with a credit card. If paid by check, a 50% deposit is required.)

- Cancellations:
A 7-day notice is required for cancellations, with a full refund issued. For cancellations less than 7-day notice, you will be charged for the reservation, but we will issue a gift certificate for the value of your stay, unless the room can be rebooked.
