The barnhouse with exposed laminated beams and rustic charm is a treat. We are a short, convenient ride to RIT, The U of R and Roberts Wesleyan. Bring your horse/trailer and ride the adjacent NY State Greenway for miles. We have an indoor and outdoor riding arena as well. Gift shop on the premises.

My husband and I recently stayed at Grace Acres. We were thrilled with our stay...the rooms were cozy with all the modern amenities without loosing it's rustic charm. The breakfast was a amazing hearty meal - Libby's pumpkin squares were delicious!! The hosts Ron and Libby were very welcoming and wonderful hosts. We are looking forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed out stay here. The room was very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was good (and very generous). As the B&B is in farm country, it is very quiet and we slept without interruptions. In the morning, we walked along a green way trail (looked like an old railway bed that had been converted) and spent some time watching the owner's horses. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay and we highly recommend this B&B.

Libby enjoys all things horses and outdoors. Truth be told Ron has labored tirelessly to get and keep the property looking lovely. The large community garden is beautiful. It's bounty to be enjoyed by guests. Fruit trees, too. Ron has been known to grab a rod and sport fish in the pond at the end of the day.

Hiatus is our room that is on the lower level. It features a double bed with attached bath with washer and dryer. Unless specified with the innkeeper this room will be continental breakfast or breakfast provided at our local Artisan Cafe. Since it is on the lower level, there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster for your convenience. Perfect for hikers, snowmobilers, Horse show clientele.

From I-90 Buffalo: Take exit 47 (I-490 / NYS Rte 19 LeRoy), take Rte 19 south and first left onto North Road (follow signs for Genesee Country Village); travel approx. 10 mi to Scottsville; Right onto State Rte 386 and left onto Rte 383; continue on Main Street in Scottsville to Stop Sign. Turn right onto Rt 251 E going over bridge. B and B is approx 1 mile on the right. From I-390 / US 15 / I-86 Corning: Take exit 11 (Rtes 15/251 Rush/Scottsville) and head west on State Rte 251 toward Scottville. On Quaker Rd to Stop Sign turn right onto River Rd.
