    • Deposit amount required (Reservations will be confirmed with payment in full for a one night stay. A 50% deposit is required for stays of two or more nights, with balance due upon arrival.)
    • Check in time is 3:00pm-7:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am
    • Cancellations:
      Deposits will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-book the room. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Early departures and last minute cancellations are non-refundable.

      Mark's passion is music and he plays the guitar/ukelele/harmonica and sings. Sharon's hobby is glass blowing and various forms of art glass. Both have traveled extensively and have a passion for adventure. Skiing, snowboarding and snow shoeing are winter past times as well as hiking and camping in the summer.

    Spend lazy afternoons with new friends on our spacious Grand Front Porch. Comfortable wicker furnishings and ceiling fans with overhead lighting allow for total relaxation. At your request, we can arrange for breakfast to be served outside as well. Our elegant, light filled dining room features quiet tables for two as well as a main table for larger parties. Quiet music and beautiful tableware set the tone for your relaxing day.
    Built in 1920 and lovingly restored in 2005, this Victorian Farmhouse features spacious suites, a Grand Front Porch, well maintained grounds, back yard gazebo and frog pond.Schroon Lake Bed and Breakfast is the perfect winter base for a variety of winter activities. A cozy place with a roaring fire awaits you after a day of skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, snow shoeing and more.
    The antique filled living room has several seating areas and a large stone fireplace around which to gather. Books and DVDs are plentiful and there is plenty of lighting and comfortable chairs.Steps away from the main house is our Adirondack Cottage which features two queen log beds with air conditioning and a private bath. A gas fireplace provides extra heat and atmosphere on a cold day. Amenities include TV, DVD, microwave, refrigerator, and IPOD docking station.
    Our Pine View suite features a solid oak king bed with private bath and air conditioning. The seperate sitting room comes with TV, DVD, microwave, refrigerator and pull out couch. Wireless internet is available throughout the property.The Mountain View suite features a wrought iron king bed with private bath and air conditioning. A gas fireplace provides extra heat or atmosphere on a cold day. A seperate sitting room includes a TV, DVD, microwave, refrigerater and pull out couch.
