    Follow Route 96 North to Ovid.
    At the 4 corners with flashing light, go straight where Route 96 becomes Route 96A. (It’s 13.5 miles from this intersection to Yale Farm Road.)
    You will pass Sampson State Park. Look for the “Hillside Children’s Center” sign, and turn left onto Yale Farm Road. (It’s 4.4 miles from Sampson State Park to Yale Farm Road)
    We are 1.5 miles down on the right side of the road as you get very close to the lake directly across the road from Wagging Tails Dog Grooming. Look for the sign. See you soon!

    • Cancellations:
      Due to our size, cancellations affect us greatly. Refunds will be made when cancellations occur before the cancellation deadline of either 14 days (short stays) or 30 days (holidays/events and extended stays or multiple rooms) less a processing fee of $20 per room. Refunds on last-minute cancellations and early departures (if you choose to leave earlier than your scheduled departure date), will be made provided the room can be re-rented, less a $20 processing fee per room.
