Pine Bush House Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully restored home built in 1904. We are nestled in the hamlet of Pine Bush, just over an hour drive from New York City. Located at 215 Maple Avenue we are within strolling distance of downtown (where you can experience relaxed dining or meander through numerous quaint shops); a short scenic drive to the picturesque Shawangunk Mountains; and minutes from the Shawangunk Wine Trail. We are a smoke-free environment with private baths (some with steam showers, jacuzzi and bidet); fireplaces; air conditioning; plush-top mattresses with egyptian cotton linens; in-room coffee/tea stations; in-room wine chillers; flat screen televisions with in-room movie access; and, high speed wireless internet. We provide a five course gourmet breakfast - we even have a cappucino, latte, and espresso maker. Homemade cookies or brownies, and homemade lemonade is served, daily, from 4:00-6:00. The Inn’s quiet elegance has long made it a favorite for honeymoons, anniversaries, and other special getaways. One of the innumerable ways in which we provide exemplary service to our guests is by anticipating their every need - we call this the “white glove” treatment. In some cases, that need comes in the form of a request for a “permanent vacation". When this happens, generally we hear a long, contented sigh, followed by an “I wish I never had to leave.”

From NYC: Take NY Thruway (287) north, to Rt. 17 west, to exit 199 (Rt. 302). Make a right off the exit, and follow Rt. 302 for 10 miles to Pine Bush. At traffic light (intersection of Rt. 52) go straight across - the road turns into Maple Avenue. We are the second house on the left.
From east of the Hudson River (Connecticut area): Take I-84 west over Newburgh Beacon Bridge. Take exit 5 towards Walden North. Go 4 miles, and turn left on Rt. 52. Go 7.4 miles to second traffic light in Pine Bush, and turn right onto Maple Avenue. We are the second house on the left. - Nearest major airport: Newburgh, NY (SWF-Stewart) 13 miles

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a partial refund will be made.
