Finger Lakes Bed & Breakfast is a casually comfortable 1840's Italianate mansion located on 4.5 acres of manicured lawn and woods with nature trail. Each of our five guest rooms has a private bath en suite, HD TV's with DVD player, air conditioning and wonderful views. Awake to the sounds of birds chirping and breezes blowing through the trees, then head down to a freshly prepared gourmet breakfast featuring local and home grown ingredients. Though secluded, Finger Lakes B&B is only one half mile from the center of Penn Yan and Keuka Lake, and both the Keuka and Seneca Lake wine trails are easily accessible.

My wife and I stayed at the Finger Lakes B&B in Penn Yan October 16-19. The hosts are very friendly and offered wonderful advice about places to visit and restaurants to consider. We would return again without hesitation.

The house itself is wonderfully restored and the surroundings are just perfect for a serene and peaceful long weekend away. The cleanliness of this B&B is astounding! The knowledge and friendliness of the hosts was refreshing and the breakfasts the host put together for us were worthy of the first page of any first class cooking magazine! Just a wonderful experience all around!

We were especially impressed by Casey and Cindy's knowledge of the area and their spot-on recommendations of places to eat and things to do.

Just had my first visit to the Finger Lakes B&B. We were enchanted the minute we turned into the drive - I felt like I was entering a secret world. The pictures don't prepare you for the sense of "I've arrived" that you'll get at your first glimpse of the house. The house itself is gorgeous and, as other reviewers have noted, immaculate. Big porch with views of the forest was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were very quiet - although it was a "full house," we never heard a peep from other rooms. One of us is a strict vegan, and Cindy gracefully accommodated this diet. We got great tips on biking opportunities and on wineries to visit (the Shaw rieslings were particularly appealing). Good restaurant suggestions from Casey and Cindy led us to some great Mexican food. I've stayed in many B&Bs, and Finger Lakes Bed and Breakfast is absolutely top drawer. We'll definitely return.

stayed here for 3 nights in late August , went up to be close to wineries on Keuka and Seneca lakes _the location was perfect for that , the price was good the service was excellent . Cindy and Casey were very good hosts and cooks we even were serenaded with some live jazz music one night ...definitely consider this place if you're looking for a great bed and breakfast in the Penn Yan Finger Lakes area

Cindy can really cook a great breakfast! They went out of their way (Cindy and Casey) to accommodate a patron who was a vegetarian. Lots of books, games and local information available at the house.

We spent 2 nights at the Finger Lakes B&B in early July and were thrilled with our B&B choice. Cindy is a fantastic cook and Casey was incredibly helpful in planning our winery itinerary. We will stay there again!

It was a beautiful property but out stay was short so we did not get to enjoy the outdoors. The location was very convenient to town. Cindy and Casey were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable in their home.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B while doing a self guided wine tour of Seneca Lake. We were so pleased with everything it is hard to choose the best aspect of this charming yet modern B&B. We really enjoyed the breakfasts that Cindy provided, they were both tasty and filling, we loved the privacy we had while relaxing in the library and sitting in front of the fire place. Our room which was the photography room was immaculate and spacious with an en suite bathroom. The trail on site was lovely this time of year with all the leaves changing colour. During one of morning walks on the trail we stirred up 3 deer that frequent the property. My husband and I were extremely pleased and we will absolutely be returning again.
The Sculpture Room has a beautiful four poster queen size bed and private bath with radiant heated floor. Large windows with original trim overlook both the manicured front lawn and the wooded area to one side.
The Music Room features a queen size canopy bed and colors of white, cream and chocolate. This room has a private bath with radiant heated floor and has a view of the woods.
Monet prints were the inspiration for this room. It features light oak furniture and restful colors of sage, navy and cream. This room has a full bath with tub.
Also called the Sun Room due to the five windows, this room has lots of light and colors of blue, cream, green and yellow. The queen bed of white iron with crystal finials and white wicker furniture add to the tropical feel. The Photography Room has a private bath with heated tiled floor.
Views of the treetops inspired the natural colors used in this cozy room. The queen bed has an iron headboard with leaf motif, and there is a private bath with shower and radiant heated floor.
